Our Pledge

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, guests, and members of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety protocols to ensure that safety is our top priority.

Beginning Monday, 11/8, Craft Los Angeles, along with all other restaurants in the city, and in accordance with the Los Angeles City vaccination mandate, will require proof of full vaccination to join us for indoor dining. Proof of vaccination is required for all guests over the age of 12 and must attest to vaccines authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration or by the World Health Organization.

Sufficient proof may be demonstrated by displaying on of the below:

  • A hard copy of your CDC vaccination card
  • A photocopy of your vaccine card
  • Your vaccine card photo (both sides) stored on a phone or electronic device
  • Documentation from a health care provider
  • A digital record of your vaccination issued by California, another state or country
  • Your photo ID must accompany all forms of proof of vaccination to verify identity
  • Minors under the age of 12 will not be required to show proof of vaccination

What exactly do I need to bring to validate my vaccination status? You will need to bring proof of vaccination, as mentioned above, and an ID.

If I am vaccinated, do I need to wear a mask? Guests that are vaccinated are welcome to dine indoors or outdoors but will still need to be masked when indoors while not eating or drinking, walking through the restaurant to use the restrooms, or while being taken to your table. There will continue to be no mask requirement while outdoors.

Can unvaccinated children dine at Craft Los Angeles? Yes. Minors under the age of 12 will not be required to show proof of vaccination but will continue to need to be masked indoors, when service staff approaches, while not eating or drinking, walking through the restaurant to use the restrooms or, while being taken to your table.

What if I am unvaccinated, what are my options? Unvaccinated guests may join us to dine outdoors, if available, or for takeout. For the safety of our teams, unvaccinated guests must wear a well-fitted face covering any time they enter the building either to use the bathroom or to pick up an order.

What if I have a religious or health exemption? Those who cannot be vaccinated for religious, or health reasons and would like to dine indoors must attest to this fact and  must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours.

Our staff is required to wear masks. Unvaccinated guests my dine outdoors but must wear a face covering any time they are not seated as well as whenever a staff member approaches the table. Masks are optional outdoors but encouraged for vaccinated guests.

We follow strict and thorough handwashing guidelines issued by the FDA and CDC.

We disinfect all high-touchpoint surfaces at every hour with EPA-registered disinfectant. Hand sanitizer stations are available in all areas.

Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. To take care of them, we have expanded our benefits with emergency paid sick leave and family leave.
