Executive Pastry Chef
Originally, from Imperial Valley, CA, Andrea recalls that she has always been surrounded by good food, especially her dad’s apple pie. What started as thumbing through cookbooks and helping her grandmother in the kitchen has become a passion. Andrea is an alumni of Cal State LA where she received a BA in English literature and of the Art Institute of California where she studied pastry. Since AIC Andrea has spent time at the Huntley hotel, Saint Martha and Erven; a vegan outpost where she was the pastry chef until 2017. Since joining the Crafted Hospitality team, 2 years ago, Andrea has been honing her skills to create beautiful, balanced and seasonal pastry experiences for our guests. Today, we are proud to call her our Executive Pastry Chef and look forward to tasting all her farmer’s markets finds!
